My name is Tariq Ziyad, and I was born in Khan Younis, in the Gaza Strip. I am 24 years old and a recent graduate of Al-Quds Open University, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems with a cumulative GPA of 87.29% (Excellent) in May 2024.
My Story
Throughout my studies, I developed a strong interest in technology, problem-solving, and the role of information systems in building sustainable solutions for communities.

My academic journey was marked by dedication, perseverance, and the determination to achieve excellence, even under the most challenging circumstances. During the war in 2024, I was forced to leave Gaza and relocate to Egypt, where I currently reside. My family, however, remains in Gaza, enduring the difficult humanitarian and security conditions that continue to affect daily life there.
